This is a beautiful hotel, small, intimate, characterful with lovely furnishings. The pool is a great size for lengths, and the beach very close by. I would return here gladly, at any time, but for one problem: the food is terrible. The menu is huge but most of the dishes (including for example all the pizzas )unavailable. No Tunisian specialities. A big disappointment. The wine list needs ABV indications eg 11%, 12%, 13%, to avoid hit and miss! Such a disappointment as otherwise a wonderful place.

The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind.

Verglichen mit den letzten beiden Aufenthalten hat sich das Hotel noch einmal verbessert! Das Essen war phantastisch! Die Sauberkeit und die Liebe und Pflege zum Detail waren wiederum in hohem Masse vorhanden. Die Liebenswürdigkeit des gesamten Personals lässt einen zuhause fühlen - vielen Dank an alle!

Un excellent séjour à Djerba

Petit hôtel de charme à l'architecture local atypique bien loin des grosses machines hôtelières. Naouel et toute son équipe vous accueilleront dans d'excellentes conditions avec une extrême gentillesse. Restaurants, salon de massage, piscine et plage... Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour vous faire passer un très bon séjour. L'équipe aide également pour booker vos activités avec le plus grand soin. Je reviendrais ici sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage à Djerba !

Bien situé, établissement correct

Cocktail de bienvenue, sans alcool bien sûr mais bien appréciable, merci. Le balcon donnait sur une vue encombrée de dépôts divers. La restauration en demi-pension est assez bonne. Le petit déjeuner est servi trop tard : à partir de 7h30. Le deuxième soir, nous avons payé les deux bouteilles d'eau consommées en deux diners et le lendemain au moment de partir, la réception nous demande d'en payer une : Le serveur avait enregistré le paiement d'une bouteille et avait gardé le reste de la somme en pourboire !

Un véritable paradis, un havre de raffinement

J'ai découvert un magnifique petit hôtel de charme sur la plage. Il est superbement décoré dans un style traditionnel tout étant très confortable, on note partout un souci du détail, du raffinement qui nous ravit. La propreté des chambres est remarquable.Les repas, servis à table, sont délicieux, originaux et très copieux.On goûte un calme vraiment réparateur. Au petit déjeuner, en plus d'un buffet complet et vraiment bon, on vous sert à table du vrai jus d'orange, on vous apporte des crêpes, de l'omelette. Le personnel est adorable, à vos petits soins. C'est un grand bonheur, un vrai privilège de résider ici et je reviendrai régulièrement.

Le petit déjeuner pieds dans l'eau face à la mer. Une petite structure loin du tourisme de masse. Diner au bord de la piscine et servi à table. Personnel bien et gentil. Spa très bien pour les massages. Les moins : le bar et les tunisiens qui viennent s'enivrer de bières et qu'on peut retrouver le soir sur les transats de la plage ou bien autour de la piscine. Vraiment dommage. Moins : la musique assez forte qu'on entend ou que vous soyez, sur la plage ou à la piscine. Si je voulais de la musique, je serai aller dans une grande structure de masse. La musique s'arrête et la musique reprend, ça change, etc .. bref, très agaçant. Mais le plus agaçant encore est de supporter DANS LES ENCEINTES, la retransmission TV des matchs de foot et donc de supporter les commentaires. Juste hallucinant. Je voulais y aller depuis très longtemps, et je regrette ces points négatifs qui ont un peu terni le séjour et le calme recherché. A EVITER SURTOUT : la chambre ROBANA, qui donne sur la rue. Vous allez supporter toute la nuit, le bruit horrible de roulement de la barrière du parking juste devant et les conversations très bruyantes des tunisiens qui ne font aucune différence entre 2h du matin et 14h l'après midi, aucune discrétion, aucun respect pour les clients qui dorment. je regrette énormement tout ça car la situation de cet hotel est juste exceptionnel mais il y en a un autre à deux pas qui ne doit pas subir tous ces désagréments, c'est VILLA AZUR, et toutes les chambres vue mer.
