We couldn't ask for a refund until the manager arrived back at the hotel the next morning. I've just decided it's better to go with hotel chains that are well-known for being great hotels. "

"Was what you'd expect from $80 a night the beds were comfortable enough. The pillows were very lumpy no housekeeping service no refreshing of soap or shampoo. Hairdryer had been removed. "Lots of drugs activity and homeless walking all around the property and trying to be at your door. Sheets and pillow were really dirty. "

"Newpark was a great place to stay for our family ski trip. The staff cleaned the room each day, and we commented that it was the most thorough daily cleaning we've ever experienced. The location near walkable restaurants and grocery stores was much appreciated. The only con we saw was that the Kimball Junction shuttle at the hotel didn't start running until 9 AM so if you wanted to catch a bus to the ski areas early, you'd have to walk to the Transit Center. "
