“Don’t expect to be able to get any food if you haven’t pre booked it. We travelled from the uk and after a long journey wanted some food and a glass of fizz. Only to be told that wasn’t possible. But a local bar shut in one hour so we needed to be quick. For a place that cost over 330 pounds a night I’d expect a little bit more service. “Booked and paid for room through expedia however when we arrived late at night the reception was closed and the machine to get access would not accept our booking reference. We continued driving and ended up sleeping in car.
We did not cancel and requested refund, this was refused
Needless to say will never use again”
