"Very great communication leading up to and throughout our trip. Staff was very helpful especially in arranging rides around town and to the airport early in the morning. The room was comfortable and the shower water was high pressure and very hot. Convenient to the Plaza de Ponchos and a welcome calm space at the end of the day."
