“Great motel all round”

“Everything was tidy and spotless, but there was a smell in the room and although sheets were crisp and everything looked "clean" the smell alone made it feel unhygienic. I can't put my finger on what the smell was though. “Amazing and friendly staff and tidy room, maybe a bit let down by the breakfast with only cereal and toast but over all pretty good.”

“I enjoyed my stay as always. Thank you.”

“Good accommodation, a bit expensive for the room. The lighting on the rooms could be improved. Had 2 different rooms, king room and studio appartment and lighting poor in both room, But great location.”

“Only overnight, but well maintained and get service and communication from staff”

“Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Ideal if you want to stay somewhere for more than one night.”

A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience.”

“Good motel for my overnight stay. Lovely greeting. Shower was good, linen was excellent. Close to sightseeing places in Armidale and many restaurants.”

After waiting around 5mins, called the after hours number. The guy told me our room was open and the key was in our room. I had to ask which room. Never asked our...
