“Good breakfast, great restaurant, very beautiful rooms ”

“Cute village. Swimming pool area is cute and relaxing. Bus stop is nearby. the Village is on the hill so has good view but need to walk up all the way and many stairs. in the case ur knee is not strong, check the room location in advance with to hotel. During the stay, hot water was not stable nor controllable so I and my friend both got scald bc very hot water comes out all of sudden almost every 2mins. It was repeating. ”

“Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Si è praticamente in centro, si può andare a piedi, una camminata di 10 min o in auto 1 minuto. Non ho dato 5 stelle perché dovrebbero migliorare alcune cose interne, come i materassi e cuscini scomodi e stoviglie per cucinare insufficienti. Il mare davanti è carino.”

“Beds are less than desirable and pool area could use a good cleaning. Staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to the room so coffee isn’t warm by the time it makes it to you. No soap or toiletries of any kind. This isn’t a place to stay if you struggle with steps.”

“We had a great stay at Margi House. The room was beautifully furnished, and the outdoor jacuzzi was so lovely. The hill, which many mentioned, wasn’t too bad and was easily doable. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly - always with a smile on her face. Just a few things that could be improved: our coffee & water glasses weren’t cleaned until the last day. Since we didn’t have a kitchenette, this would have been nice. The main pool was lovely, but we did have to fish out a lot of bugs...

“The hotel itself it minimal & modern.which was lovely However our inland view was of a huge rock face absolutely no view at all so didn't inspire my husband and I to sit on the balcony on an evening. We ask if we could move several times but " no other rooms available apart from the next room which had the exact view !! The breakfast was cold EVERY morning, when the fresh items we're brought out of the kitchen ( egg's bacon etc ) they must have been pre prepared too soon & left to go cold , only...

“We stayed at Alkyon Hotel for 3 nights before travelling on to Skopelos and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! It was so convenient being 5 minutes drive from the airport and on the sea front. It was less than 5 minutes walk from the main strip of restaurants along the front of the port but slightly out of the main town area so was quiet at night. “Το μερος ειναι ιδανικο για παιδια καθως εχει πολλες δραστηριοτητες και γκαζον σε ολο το ξενοδοχειο.τα δωματια αρκετα ευρυχωρα και οι ιδιοκτητες πολυ διακριτικοι και ευγενικοι. Το μονο που εχω να προσθεσω οτι η περιοχη ειχε αρκετα κουνουπια και σιγουρα θα χρειαστειτε φιδακια και αντικουνουπικα. ”

“The hotel was amazing, very laid back atmosphere yet the staff are super friendly and helpful. The view of the Aegean is also spectacular which we enjoyed while sitting near the pool drinking their amazing cocktails. It’s also not very far from town, about a 9 minute drive to the port and a 4 minute drive to Plakes and there’s also plenty of parking.”
