The Hotel location was excellent. Very close to the Milan central station. Hotel needed abit of an upgrade but was comfortable for sleeping and shower.

The stuff wasn’t very helpful, there is no Electric Kettle in the room, there is a water machine in the hall way, but the hot water button was broken, when we ask the stuff to help out, they told us to get hot water from another level. So we have to walk up or down one level with many stairs get hot water to make ourselves a cup tea. We bought a packet of salad from the supermarket, asking stuff can we pls borrow a salad bowl or a plate from hotel’s kitchen , the stuff said “ sorry we don’t have bowls or plates ”. Which when we walk past the open breakfast area. There are many plates and bowls. When people travel, hotel is the place should give customers sense of “ temporary home” to provide convenient. But this stay experience made us feeling very uneasy.
