The best part of this hotel was the location. It was near the central train station. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was just OK. Was surprised by the $10 up charge per person but not a big deal. Would’ve given better ratings if it had bot been for the scuff marks/. Dirt all on the walls and the peeling paint in the bathroom. Sketchy elevator Mateo at the front desk was awesome.

Great location (2 minutes walk to Milano Centrale), clean, confortable bed, AC works ok. Staff was extremely nice. Elevator in the second building is iffy. Our blowdryer did not work (but they did supply a new one on demand). I would stay here again if the price is right.

Ok so the hotel itself is quite standard, but the staff were so welcoming and the location is perfect because it’s minutes from Central Station. If you like moving around the city and want to have something that has the necessary facilities of a hotel then I can’t recommend it more. If you are looking for a hotel to hang out in/lounge in, then look somewhere else. For us (my wife and I) it was perfect!

Great choice of hotel if you’re wanting somrwhere near to the station. Very friendly staff and a clean safe room. Only reason to mark it down was a little bit of maintenance care was needed in our room (broken toilet flush button and seat). I would stay again.

We had a great stay here and found it excellent value for money. Central location that was safe to walk to with a teenager late at night. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Good choice (for the money) at breakfast and great coffee. Nice room and comfy beds.

Lovely site near the station. English speaking Staff on hand 24/7 Comfy beds and a/c wouldn’t go colder than 21 degrees. There’s a water dispenser on 1st floor with still sparkling and hot water. That was great. Our room safe was faulty and we twice had to get engineering to unlock it.

Room was okay and had air conditioning which was a Godsend! The staff were also a highlight, lovely and helpful, always someone on the front desk. My room was a bit dated and a bit scruffy with a broken toilet seat and marks on the wall but for the price, location and acting as somewhere to rest my head I could overlook it. The location was fantastic, super close to the station and not too far from the sights. I would recommend for solo travellers coming to Milan!
