Purtroppo non posso recensire compiutamente la struttura in quanto non mi è stato possibile soggiornare. Infatti, nonostante avessi prenotato con mesi in anticipo, al mio arrivo mi è stato detto con strafottenza che non risultava alcuna prenotazione. Pur avendo mostrato la notifica della prenotazione, l'addetto alla reception mi ha fatto capire come la cosa non lo riguardasse, invitandomi a chiamare il sito di prenotazioni, a suo dire responsabile dell'accaduto. Nonostante le mie ulteriori osservazioni sulla scarsa qualità del loro sistema di gestione delle prenotazioni, mi è stato fatto capire, con molta poco gentilezza, che dovevo trovarmi un'altra sistemazione. Cosa che alla fine ho fatto, in un'altra struttura e pagando il doppio di quanto previsto. Non avevo mai visto una struttura ricettiva non offrire al cliente alcuna possibile alternativa per cercare quantomeno di sanare l'errore creatosi e, al contrario, cacciarlo in malo modo invitandolo ad arrangiarsi. Da evitare accuratamente.

Not that good...except for the location.

My family stayed there for one night and it was quite a bad stay. The staff is not that friendly and for a fact they seemed quite depressing. Our hotel room smelled like cigarettes and was quite dirty except for the bedroom. The room consisted of a dining table and a small kitchen with tableware in the cabinets, a bathroom with a toilet that was barely working, a bidet, an okay sink, and a very disgusting shower that was very dirty and unsanitary, and finally the bedroom which was actually okay for the fact that it was cleaner then the rest of the tiny apartment. The location of this hotel is quite good if you need to take the train from the historic Milano Centrale rail station, which is about a 5-10 minute walk, where you can take the Milan metro to other locations for sightseeing, take a train to another part of Italy or to get to the airport the next day. Overall, if you are only staying one night, it would be okay but if you are staying there for more than one, it is better for you and your family to go elsewhere.

STRUTTURA PENOSA

Abbiamo scelto questo posto perché nel momento in cui abbiamo prenotato ci portava le recensioni molto positive e perché abbiamo optato per una soluzione economica e comoda. Tuttavia la situazione è crollata in 3 mesi. Iniziamo col dire che ho provato a chiamare la struttura più volte per avere informazioni ma il telefono l'hanno tagliato visto che risulta essere inesistente. Dopo aver pagato una somma abbastanza sopra la media per il periodo e per il posto (ostello) arrivate li veniamo accolte da un magrebino scortese, che ci cerca subito ulteriori 50 euro a testa per poter rimanere nella struttura, somma dovuta un po' alla tassa comunale giornaliera di 5 giorni ed altri servizi come usufruire di lenzuola pulite per dormire ed altri servizi che in altri ostelli sono compresi nel prezzo. Abbiamo speso quanto avremmo speso in un hotel a 3 stelle, con la differenza che magari li avremmo avuto a che fare con personale qualificato, servizi dati per scontati, (perché è chiaro che si pretendano le lenzuola pulite per dormire), come la colazione che a quel prezzo non era inclusa, la stanza che era fredda e rumorosa etc.. non ci ritorneremo MAI PIU

일단 위치는 역에서 걸어서 10분? 괜찮았는데요. 주변에 아무것도 없고 무엇보다 찾아가기 엄청힘들어요;; 여기서 안 주무시는걸 추천하는데 혹시라도 싼값에 숙박하실라면 지도대로 찾아가면 지도에 찍힌 위치 건너편에 무슨 폐문같은 곳 있는데 거기에 어..호텔도 아니고 다른 분이 후기남긴데에 보면 어떻게 들어가는지 있어요 근데암튼 방이 넓긴한데 좀 지저분하고 소음 오지고 ..무엇보다 무서워요. 장난이 아니라 진짜 여긴 뭔가 무서움.. 공포체험 좋아하시는 분에겐 추천드립니다

Siamo andati il giorno stabilito della prenotazione, appena arriviamo ci dicono che la nostra prenotazione è stata cancellata, motivo? Che il loro sistema non ha accettato una paypal con circuito MasterCard, ma vi pare? Ho prenotato hotel in capo al mondo, con la paypal ed é sempre funzionata , pessimo pessimo pessimo!!!! Alla fine abbiamo dovuto andare in giro a cercare un hotel per la sera. Andate da per tutto ma da sti appartamenti soperga no!!

Rezerwacje opłacone mają po godz. 19 status WYGASŁYCH. Nic nikogo nie obchodzi. Wynocha na ulicę.l Obsługa fatalna, lekceważąca. Podejrzane miejsce nie pod podanym adresem. Pod nr. 22 jest warsztat samochodowy. Absolutnie nie polecam jeśli nie chce się mieć kłopotów.;Zostałam w nocy, w obcym mieście bez noclegu. Daję MINUS 10.

Vicino alla Stazione ma sconsigliato perché situato in un palazzo ORRIBILE e letteralmente FATISCENTE al terzo piano senza ascensore.Tv non funzionante, camera e arredamento molto brutti! All'arrivo non ci hanno permesso il soggiorno, riatraccandoci il telefono più volte. Il giorno dopo, dopo aver soggiornato in un'altra struttura, abbiamo parlato con i proprietari che facevano finta di non capire cosa gli veniva detto. Alla fine di una discussione senza capo né coda, siamo stati scacciati in malo modo e abbiamo trovato, per la seconda volta, un altro alloggio... Desistete.

Terrible. Bad service, hard to find - no signs anywhere. Woke up by builders outside room at 8:30 then by maintenance dragging bed out of all the room and generally making lots of noise.

cancellazione senza preavviso

praticamente c'è un tipo che non parla neanche italiano o per lo meno sembra che non lo capisca. per caso li ho chiamati il giorno della partenza e mi hanno detto che la mia carta di credito non era valida, cioè me lo dici il giorno che devo arrivare, se non chiamavo io arrivavo e la camera non c'era. c'erano dei costi aggiuntivi che durante la prenotazione non erano menzionati. da evitare assolutamente.

HOTEL LIMPIO (NO EN VIA SOPERGA 22, SI DELANTE)

El hotel no se encontraba en la dirección que se nos proporcionó( VIA SOPERGA 22), sino enfrente( HOTEL VALLEY). Nadie nos cogía el teléfono. Por suerte cruzamos a la acera de enfrente y entonces ESE ERA EL HOTEL. Es un hotel comodo y limpio, muy cercano a la estación (metro,tren,autobuses) y el personal es amable. Nos asustamos mucho porque acudimos a VIA SOPERGA 22 y las paredes se caían, era un edificio muy viejo donde solo vivían gente que no daba ninguna confianza, estaba todo asqueroso, parecía que lo ``habían bombardeado``. Tuvimos que ir a otro hotel para que nos ayudaran, fueron encantadores nos ayudaron mucho y fueron con nosotros a buscar el hotel

Muy malo el alojamiento, muy caro por los servicios que te brinda, el personal poco gentil, te atienden de mal humor, solo hablan su idioma, la TV de la tele no andaba, le preguntamos y dijo que no sabia porq no andaba, tampoco tiene adaptador para aparatos de otros paises, no nos ayudó en nada ni soluciono los problemas de la habitación. Y te cobra a parte el servicio de toallones!!!!!!!! que encima estaban rotos y sucios!!!!!!!!! Una verguenza, encima fue el hostal mas caro que pagué en todo el viaje y el peor en servicios!!!!!!!.

A parte il personale giorno/notte abbastanza cortese e disponibile il posto è osceno. Con bagno in comune che ricorda quelli pubblici nelle stazioni, stanza sporca e impolverata, arredi vecchi e consumati. Non si salva quasi nulla da questo postaccio.
