First, this is NOT a hotel. It is a glorified airbnb/vrbo so you need to keep the reviews in mind as such. The common area is wonderfully maintained and included shortbread cookies and espresso as well as plates and other basics when you wanted to make something easy to enjoy - loved this compared to a traditional hotel. My room (#2) was beautifully maintained and appointed and I loved the luxuriously big bath tub. The bed was also quite comfortable and better than a typical hotel. The down side: My air conditioning did not work for at least the first two days when it was hot and humid. They did not have maintenance work on it when I was away, but instead asked if they could come by while I was trying to get ready to go to dinner. It was inconvenient and I'm honestly not sure if it actually fixed the issue, as the weather cooled down considerably for the next three days of my trip. Entering and exiting is with a digital code and at one point, the "rain" apparently knocked out the use of my code and I had to stand at the door and wait for the proprietor to send another code to me to get into the main area and then my room. Gratefully, they are very responsive during business hours and I wasn't ever stranded. One other note, my room, which was located on the street side instead of the interior, had a restaurant located directly below my window and people stayed up very late loudly talking outside. I mostly enjoyed my stay, but there were some drawbacks to be aware of.

Beautifully presented, clean apartment in a great area of Milan. Easily accessible from both Milan centre and train station. Incredible cafe just a few doors down that has great coffee and pastries for breakfast and lots of options near by for lunch and dinner. We stayed here as our first stop on our honeymoon and loved it.

We loved our stay at the Ca Bela! The unit was beautiful, spacious, and super clean. The staff was very responsive. Great location...Only a three minute walk to the train station. I'd highly recommend this place to my friends and family!

Very beautiful apartment, all the amenities where as described and to a great quality and condition. Clean space very modern good location from the metro and only 10 minutes to the centre using it. Very responsive host easy instructions to get into the building. Lovely communal area had a few bits and bobs to snack on and mugs and tea bags. We enjoyed our stay here immensely :)

Beautiful apartment. Nice touch with the biscuits on arrival. Great amenities, the shower was especially brilliant having an amazing water pressure. Having a TV with Netflix was also a great touch, along with a coffee machine. Great location for the QC Terme Spa. Well cleaned and maintained, eventhough it has shared facilities (kitchen) this wasn’t an issue. Would definitely recommend.
