This is a great hotel. Excellent breakfast. The staff helped with paying for parking online and advising on finding a parking garage. They handled our baggage also. Everything was very efficient. The rooms are beautiful. Great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and pretty hotel. Really great location. The rooms were VERY small, I know this is common in big cities in Europe but this was the smallest I’ve been in and the bathroom was so hard to be in as it was so squished. The shower was really nice however. As a newer hotel there is no gym yet which was disappointing. Also would have been nice to have wine in the mini bar. They could not accommodate early check in. If you appreciate cleanliness, pretty decor and are only staying 1-2 nights it a a great option.

This was my first visit to Milan and I was so pleased that I had chosen to stay at the Casa Laveni. First, its central location is unbeatable. I love to walk and it’s just a short leisurely stroll to the Duomo, the Teatro La Scala, Sforza Castle, the Fashion District and more. I never felt the need to take a cab, and walked to and from the Navagli canal neighborhood my last day for lunch. Second, the hotel is just such a visual delight with its all-glass front facade to its lobby’s modern work of art floating chandelier. The complimentary breakfast is served ala carte and with 5 star white linen service. The food was delicious, the menu was extensive and the cappuccinos were perfect. The daily complimentary happy hour was also something I looked forward to and promoted interaction with the other hotel guests. Third, while my one bedroom room was on the smaller side, it was clean, efficient, beautifully styled with modern shower amenities which I enjoyed. Lastly, the staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful snd always made this solo female traveler feel right at home. I would always choose the Casa Laveni for my Milano stays!
