깔끔
깨끗하고 깔끔했어요. 뷰는 그다지지만 창이 커서좋았습니다. 룸은 아주작아요. 비지니스호텔 다운 느낌입니다. 첸트랄레역과는 약간 거리가 있습니다.

호텔위치와 호텔은 깨끗했다 그러나 이탈리아어를 잘 못하는 우리는 프론트 직원에게 질문을 했다 앞에서는 친절하게 이야기 했으나 뒤돌아서서 몇걸음 떼는 순간 프론트 직원끼리 큰소리로 이야기하면서 우리 말을 따라하면서 웃었다 기분이 나빴다

편리한 위치네요
밀라노 중앙역에서 걸어서 5분정도의 거리로 위치는 아주 좋았습니다. 메트로도 호텔정문에 바로 붙어있어서 이용하기 편리했고요. 호텔에서 중앙역사이에 한인슈퍼도 있고 중국슈퍼도 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 체중계가 있어서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 다만 욕조에 물이 잘 안빠지고 가림막이 부실해서인지 밖으로 물이 너무 많이 새어나와 당황했었네요. 다행히 배수구가 있어서 다행이었고요. 침대는 너무 딱딱해서 잠을 안락하게 잘수는 없었네요.

Very well kept property with a wonderful staff. They were so helpful to us! The pool area is beautiful and even if it’s too cool to swim it’s really nice to lay on a pool chair for an afternoon break. The restaurant was very good too. The rooms were well appointed with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

We booked this hotel last minute and we were disappointed in the cleanliness, the walls were super thin gear everything in the room next door and there is nothing around the hotel in walking distance

Conociendo la mayoría de los hoteles crown plaza , nos llamo mucho la atención el mal estado de los colchones y almohadas de la habitación que nos toco. Nos ocasionó un fuerte malestar de espalda y un mal estar general por no poder dormir. El resto no nos podemos quejar el hotel está bien situado y la atención es buena con sabroso desayuno. Seguiremos hospedandonos en esta cadena hotelera.
