The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We forgot few items in the safe after we checked out and it was too late for us to go back and pick them up. The staff were extremely helpful by contacting us, working with us constantly and shipping our stuff overnight to the next hotel in the country we arrived at. We are very grateful for their diligent services and professionalism.

The staff was so responsive, they happily arranged for a transfer to the airport. They asked if we needed dinner reservations, they provided a breakfast to go as we had an early international flight.

We were pleased with our decision to stay here. We had arrived from a long trip into Centrale Stazione, and so it was good to be staying within walking distance while being far enough from some of the social issues surrounding the station. Our room was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is located very close to the Milan Central Rail Station and is an easy walk from the trains. The neighborhood is deserted at night and there is only one restaurant across the street, but the area is safe and quiet. There are 2 metro stops close by as well. The hotel is very clean. The rooms need some updating, but are nice. Great air conditioning. The hotel staff is excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast is very good. I would stay here again.
