The apartment is well located, and the Easyhome Milan team were polite and responsive. However, the overall condition and cleanliness were far below expectations for a property rated “wonderful”.
The flat felt tired and poorly maintained. The walls were marked and haven’t been repainted in years, and the images in the advert don’t reflect the current reality of the space. The wardrobe doors were broken and couldn’t slide, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the bathroom had visible black mould around the shower. The bathtub was blocked, with water rising while showering (fixed the following day), and the bidet remained blocked throughout the stay.
Cleanliness was poor: the oven was dirty, utensils unwashed, and there was no washing-up liquid or sponge to clean anything. A vase with dead flowers and dark, smelly water had been left in the kitchen, adding to the general sense of neglect.
While communication was polite and the location convenient, the property urgently needs a deep clean, repainting, and proper maintenance to meet the standard its online rating suggests.
