I liked the fact that i didn't feel like i was staying at hotels. The apartment also had a way for me to wash and dry my laundry. The neighborhood was very nice and safe.

so it was great, the apartment looked nice, the guy at the reception was really nice even tho he didn´t know much english he really tried to explain everything to us. The price for the cleaning is a bit too much tho.

Ótimo lugar para casal.

A estadia foi ótima. Fica próxima a pontos de onibus que facilita a locomoção até o metrô e aos principais pontos da cidade. Embora seja longe, demora em torno de 45 minutos para se chegar à Duomo, gostamos muito do apartamento. Com certeza voltaríamos.

Para evitar!

Aplican suplementos varios a pagar en persona así que la noche de hotel sale más del doble, a precio de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Además no pudimos acceder al hotel porque la recepción cierra a las 20:00. La empatía del recepcionista ha sido fatal, no nos quiso ayudar. Hoteles.com no nos ha reembolsado, no se hacen cargo. Evitar y reservar otro hotel, para ahorrarse disgustos.

Kesinlikle hayır.

Burası milanoya okadar uzakki duomo ya varmak icin uzun otobüs ve metro yolculuğu sizi bekliyor. Ve ucuz diye aldanmayin resepsiyona vardiğinizda yok çarşaf ücreti yok kullanma bedeli , city tax, temizlik ücreti gibi uyduruktan şeylerle sizi soyacak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Adama diyoruz 6 yaşındaki çocuğadamı aliyorsun 2 yaş siniri var diyor 2 oğlum var zaten 1 yatak var yatacakları, doğal olarak 1 çarşaf kullandilar. Ama adam 2 si içinde ayrı ayrı aldı. Girişkatı verdiler bana, bahçeden kertenkeler giriyor içeri. Ben yandım sen yanma kardeşim

나홀로 여행객 굿

일반아파트형태니까 나홀로 여행객으로는 지내기가 편했습니다. 주변에 걸어서 가까운 대형 슈퍼마켓도 있고, 공용 무료주차장도 있어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 출장에 필요한 호텔인보이스 서류 받기가 많이 불편했습니다. 청소비와 숙박세금은 별도로 청구되니까 잘 명심하세요.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Besonders der riesige Balkon hat uns gefallen. Uns war bewusst, dass es etwas außerhalb von Milano Centrale ist, aber es hatte seinen Charme und man sah auch andere Dinge als Sightseeing für Touristen. Auch die Umgebung war sicher und Einkaufen ist kein Problem oder abends nett Essen bei Costa. Bushaltestelle ist 700m entfernt und kein Problem.

Good location

The location is great as it’s close to the city, but parking is only free on the street. You have to pay for a box in the garage if you want secure parking. The space was great for our family, clean secure apartment with a small kitchen. We would stay again.

Una buona alternativa al classico Hotel, buona la posizione, il parcheggio è all aperto incustodito, non è facile trovare posto il più delle volte era pieno, da migliorare assolutamente la pulizia dell’appartamento.

Be aware of...

No hot water to take a shower after 9pm. The apartment front door was already broken (sign of forced entry) and maintenance never came to fix it. No free parking as advertised, and of course is very hard to find a street spot at night in the area.

Far out of the city centre with limited public transport options (nearest metro 30min walk) check in a little problematic if done late in the evening.
