The check in process was confusing as the receptionist confirmed that breakfast was included while acknowledging that we didnt pay for it and the next day when i picked up breakfast plate, I was rudely interrupted that it was not included in front of everyone. The room is also missing basic facilities like iron box, moisturizers, etc.

I chose this hotel for the parking situation. But this hotel is far away from the city center. On the day we checked in, the receptionist was not very welcoming, he did not smile at all. We had dinner at the hotel, food was good but again, the staff at the restaurant were not very courteous. The breakfast buffet was ok, restaurant staff in the morning are better than the night staff.

감동적인 고객서비스의 호텔입니다. 이른시간 도착하여 얼리 체크인을 문의했을때 흔쾌히 방을 주었어요. 굉장히 따뜻한 물이 나오고 샤워수압도 훌륭합니다. 조식도 대단히 맛있었어요. 따뜻한 빵과 핫디쉬들이 다른 어떤 곳들의 조식보다 질적으로 우수했어요. 여기에 머무르신다면 꼭 조식을 포함하세요. 조식이 너무 맛있어서 여행 후에도 생각납니다 ^^
