Restaurant Used for parties till 1am not pleasant no lifts staff not helpful management can’t be contacted. breakfast limited options not fresh coffee machine is awful can’t call it coffee if instant coffee tastes better. This really isn’t 4 stars it’s more 2 star at best.

it was a very shabby place despite 4 star label, also the personnel was not the friendliest, they told me they allow pets like dogs but did not want to let in my bunny. The room was not clean enough and there was noise almost every evening because of the restaurant, besides there was a construction work in the hotel and they were starting drilling at 9

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the rooms. The rooms are old, worn-out, and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture and decor felt dated, and everything had a run-down appearance. The bathroom was especially unclean, reminiscent of a cheap motel rather than a 4-star establishment, with visible dirt and grime that made it feel very unhygienic. Given the poor condition of the rooms, I would not recommend staying here, as it falls far below the standard expected from a hotel of this rating.

Unfortunately the property didn’t meet our expectations. The pictures look very different to what’s on the website. The hotel didn’t have a modern feel. Facilities and amenities were very basic. Breakfast was a huge let down; hardly any variety especially for vegetarians. Our room was quite run down in terms of decoration. Peeling walls, outdated plug sockets (half of them did not work). I wouldn’t think this was a four star hotel. Some staff were helpful and polite whereas others weren’t. I’m disappointed with my stay.

La collaborazione era equlibrata. La stanza 303 puzzava di fogna e nella staza da letto, in bagno e dentro le coperte abbiamo trovato cimici.-puzzole. Abbiamo fatto presente in portineria e ha detto che non si poteva fare nulla.
