This hotel deserves more than five stars for its customer service alone. The staff members are absolute professionals—always friendly, helpful, and smiling. They truly made us feel at home. Another major highlight was the complimentary food and drinks, which were generously provided both in the room minibar and in the lounge. I travelled with my family for a 60th birthday. We had a lovely welcome from the staff, offered us drinks and snacks on arrival which were v welcomed after a long journey and with the blistering heat. The room was v clean, with clean towels everyday A free mini bar in room and refreshments at the reception area was also very nice. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect for us, there is a tram stop 10min walk and central statiin is a 10-15min walk. We got the hotel to ring taxis for mum when needed and they arrived in minutes. Can't praise this hotel enough, if we go back to Milan, this is where we will stay.
