We were so very pleased with our stay here. The location was wonderful and the staff is so helpful. The breakfast was delicious. If you’re looking for luxurious… This guest house is not for you. It is an older property but maintained very adequately . That is not meant to be negative, but I do know some people have different expectations. We would very happily stay there again-the price was great.

superb location, friendly staff, basic but good breakfast. Bathroom bit run down but fine for 2 nights. We enjoyed it (family of 3) and were hardly in the hotel.

This looks like a well-located, clean, serviceable hotel with decent basics, best suited for travelers who prioritize location and reliability over modern design or upscale amenities. If the building’s age doesn’t bother you, it’s likely a solid choice for a city-focused stay.

As compared to hotels in Rome with the same price, I would say this hotel is significantly small, the bed is old & small, the toilet is small (no partition between shower & toilet ( because of the space). Breakfast is good. The lady in the cafeteria is so kind. Otherwise, the place is close by Duomo Cathedral & walking distance to Vignali Area.

Hotel is in an handy location and room small but very clean and tidy. Continental breakfast was included and was decent. TV was good (even had Netflix). Good value for money! The two cons: No kettle in the room, and the noise from the street when vehicles are around is very loud throughout the night.

In the city centre, clean rooms. The rooms themselves were pretty old, and the bathroom was really small, but it was all clean. The allowed us to checkin early which was wonderful.
