Staff was excellent Hotel is clearly aged and tired but kept clean. The room we booked was spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom was crammed and oddly configured. Sink was right next to toilet so when i sit down my face is in the sink. The bathrub is also very small and shower is weak. The hotel definitely needs a renovation to renew the property. Overall the location was great and convenient. Our 3 night stay went back pretty quickly so not too bad at the end.

I had such a lovely stay at Max Brown Milan! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere that made my stay feel special from the moment I arrived. The location was incredibly convenient and made getting around Milan so easy. Even though it was centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated after long days of exploring the city. The food was also delicious! Everything I had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, Max Brown was the perfect combination of beautiful, convenient, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Milan! 🇮🇹✨

Centrally located, only 10 minutes from the Cathedral. Helpful staff and good breakfast/coffee. Couple of things that could improve the room, somewhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries and the electric sockets were a bit awkward to use.

The Max Brown Hotel is a fine establishment and met expectations based and what is posted on the Hotels.com website. The hotel is well located in the center of Milan (although there is some temporary road construction near the hotel's front entrance which partially impedes easy access). The rooms are well appointed, but small, and the bathroom has poor lighting and a small shower. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfasts provided were quite good.

Lovely hotel in a very nice neighborhood. Easy walking distance from the Duomo, very close to the subway and trams. We found really nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Naomi at the reception took great care of us and had many good tips about places to go. Loved our stay. Thank you!
