Initial apartment was under renovation so taken to a new apartment 8 min walk away. in Super apartment on a lovely street with everything we needed for a night with excellent location for Milan Duomo and shopping!!
The building is under hard construction.
The rooms are on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
The entrance is on the other side of the building which means that i had to roll all of our luggage (we had 7 large suitcases + several carryons) thru the waking zone behind the Duomo during peak hours.
Once I reached the other side, I took the elevator to the sixth floor then climbed one floor up, got out to the roof, crossed the roof from one building to another all while carrying my luggage.
Then I had to carry the luggage two floors down to reach the hotel.
Rooms are newly remodeled, clean and very comfortable.
However, the property never mentioned any of above mentioned issues.
Moreover, after asking for assistance during check out, they simply never answered my messages.
Same happened when reporting WiFi that was not working at all. They simply never answered.
My strong recommendation is skip this hotel.
I was upset about carrying my luggage up and down buildings and crossing rooftops in 35C heat but what got me the most is lack of respect, compassion and absolute ghosting when it came to taking the responsibility.
I will never stay at this hotel again and I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from it so no one else has to go thru what my family and I endured.
Very disappointing experience. The hotel was under renovation, and as someone with a fractured foot using crutches and a wheelchair, I was forced to take long detours and climb multiple stairs. The accessibility issues were not clearly communicated before my stay. I documented everything with photos and screenshots and am still awaiting a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel to guests with mobility limitations.
