Hotel itself was fine in a good, convenient location. The double rooms are very small but do the job. Cold, indifferent service by front desk and mediocre breakfast for Italy. Housekeeping and the serving staff at breakfast were both wonderful so that is one highlight.

20mins walk from Coach station, you could take the metro, but we preferred walking. The Hotel is absolutely 5 star and reasonably priced. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you are in a well maintained resort. The chandelier and grand entrance feels like you are in a movie set. The Staff (Daniel) is especially lovely, speaks perfect English (which was helpful) and answered all our needs. The Spa was included in our stay and it was superb, they give you (flip flops, water, towel and snacks!). Their steam room was the best we have ever used. Would absolutely stay again if we are ever back in Milan. Plenty of bars/eateries nearby as well. (The Second bar is especially cute and serves special delicious cocktails, again reasonably priced).

Most everything about my stay at the Cristoforo Colombo was great. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, the staff very friendly. It’s conveniently located to the M1 subway. And the central train station is a 25-minute walk or a very short cab ride away. I would gladly stay here again.
