Rude host and not working air condition

1. AC didn't work well in such hot weather. You can imagine the living conditions. 2. The host does not speak proper English and difficult to communicate an easy thing. 3. The rooms are only available on the 1st floor. Sound proof was not very good. 4. The worse thing is the host was so rude yelling on us due to we accidentally locked a corridor door after we just checked in 1 hour. And our kids were scared. I have been traveling both on business and private last 10 years to more than 20 countries. This hotel is one of the worst experience I ever had. Advise to stay away with. Only positive on this hotel is the equipment and room is overall new and morden.

Bra läge med skön säng

Smidig in- och utcheckning, trevlig frukost på närliggande café, mycket skön säng och välstädat. Vi hade dock önskat två stolar på balkongen för att kunna använda den mer samt lite fräschare handdukar. Boendet har perfekt läge vid hamnen om man ska åka på båttur till Eoliska öarna!

Très bien situé dans Millazo, à 2 minutes des ferry pour les îles eoliennes. En hyper centre mais pas bruyant. Un peu juste pour 4 personnes.

Emplacement parfait pour voyager vers les îles. Lit confortable, chambre moderne, patio tranquille situé à l’arrière du bâtiment. Notre arrivée a été compliquée, nous ne pouvions pas contacter les propriétaires. Aucune réponse à nos courriels. Nous sommes canadiens et n’avons pas de ligne téléphonique. Nos contacts se font par What’s App. Heureusement, nous avons été capables d’entrer dans le bâtiment et la femme de ménage a pu contacter les propriétaires. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, les déjeuners ne sont pas fournis. Des coupons d’une valeur de 3 euros sont donnés pour échanger au café du coin. La porte patio ne barre pas.

Great B&B and excellent location.

We had a good stay, the accommodation was good, clean and well looked after. Great location to the port for trips to the islands and a good selection of restaurants around. The air con could have been cooler.

I Liked: 1 minute walk to the ferry terminal, large and modern suite with lots of storage and a terrace. The Owner very polite and nice person, very efficient at checking me in, ordering a cab for the next day departure and explaining the features of the suite (let me smoke outside on the balcony as is normal in Italy). Breakfast coupon at place near right outside the door. Disliked: switched to a back of the building suite to smoke outside in the balcony and not disturb others up front (original suite I had) - back suites are connected to an adjacent suite, so some noise from the adjacent suite and balcony...not so good sound proofing.
