"We received an email from Wotif telling us the hotel had cancelled our booking due to maintenance being completed. We booked this room months ago so why weren't we told earlier? As it turns out we drove past this hotel and were relieved it was cancelled as the location was not in a nice part of town."

"The people at the reception desk were super nice and helpful, both the day Lady and the evening guy. They tried to do everything possibile to make your stay a pleasurable one.
