"It's a beautiful property in a great location, but, they charge $45 to park overnight. It's the same cost as the public overnight parking, but I would rather have known that in the room price than find out once you get there. There are no alternative parking options for less, so that's fine but it should be in the room rate I think. Also, a nice breakfast is offered but you have to pay extra for that too. That probably makes sense because not everyone eats breakfast, so if you don't eat it, no charge. We have stayed here for many years and they always make you feel very welcome and are very helpful and accommodating and it's a very comfortable and nice property, literally steps from Vail Village and an easy, beautiful walk to the amphitheater. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very nice, with fridge, micro and coffee, plus wine glasses and an opener and you can get late night dessert/cocktails delivered to your room too which is really nice! Highly recommend and will definitely return soon and look forward to it."

"Air Condition was not working in the living room area. Was fine in the bedroom. Great view from the balcony but the chairs were older and wobbly. The bed wasn't that comfortable. We got a great deal on the room. I would not pay a premium price for this lodge. It was pretty average."

"Front desk clerk Rayna (sp?) was FANTASTIC - sweet, helpful, patient - a level of actual hospitality I haven't seen in a VERY long time! She went out of her way to help us and make sure we were happy. Thank you! LOVED the breakfast - generous, healthy, lots of protein :-D And that livingroom with the fire was so lovely! Nice to sit on the patio by the hot tub, although only one table was in the sun and it was too cool to sit in the shade (we stayed in late June so cold at night and HOT during the day.) Speaking of which, during the daytime, it was too hot not to have some kind of real AC... yes the rooms have fans but my parents couldn't leave their windows open to get a breeze at night because the traffic noise was too much (even on a Sunday night!) Bring your ear plugs! A little disappointed not to have TVs in our rooms. One more drawback: I should have asked if the Inn had an elevator as we were on the 3rd floor and it was VERY difficult for my mom to go up and down the stairs. So - definitely a mixture of "awesome!" and some big misses."

"The property was in a convenience, location, right off the highway, which made it easy to access the mini surrounding areas. The property was large, had a nice pool, gym. and laundry room. The staff were so very friendly and helpful and there was a nice breakfast buffet each morning. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return."
