"The resort's aesthetic appeal is undeniable. I am compelled to return due to the exceptional service provided by specific team members: Mr. Jones, Mr. Micah, and Mr. James. Mr. Jones consistently demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and a personable demeanor towards guests. Mr. Micah, in the Longboard area, was exceptionally kind and gracious, enhancing our experience significantly. Mr. James possesses an unparalleled knowledge of Hawaiian culture and history, so much so that I refer to him as "Mr. Hawaii." His insights into Hawaiian customs have profoundly enriched my understanding and are a primary motivator for my return. It was an honor to have met him, and I kindly request that he be informed of the profound positive impact he has had on my perspective. Conversely, two areas require immediate attention. The first pertains to housekeeping services; the cleanliness of my room did not meet the standards expected of a four or five-star resort. Daily replenishment of amenities was inconsistent, indicating a lack of attention to detail. Specifically, the mirror and sink were not routinely cleaned, and the shower area appears to be in need of refurbishment due to its perceived uncleanliness. The second area of concern is the Longboard's offerings. The menu is uninspired, and the food quality was consistently unappetizing. The repetitive nature of the sake offerings each evening suggests a missed opportunity to provide guests with a diverse and engaging culinary experience, p"

"The room was lovely but we weren’t able to access our balcony which was incredible disappointing it also look terrible so even keeping curtains open was unpleasant and that is not what you want when you go to Hawaii! Location is great and breakfast is also really great to have included."

"I absolutely loved it! The day before we were leaving they were doing floors which was a struggle when we had an early flight but I loved how helpful they were with everything it was extremely clean and our activities person Betsy that helped us with everything was amazing! 100% will come back!"
