"The hotel was lovely for an overnight stay as it is very convenient to the airport. Because of the volcanic action we were stuck in Catania for an extra 2 days and it was a little frustrating as there is nothing in that ares. The bus service into Catania was good. The shuttle drivers were wonderful.\The pool are is not very nice..but the hotel itself was great."

"A great place to stay for both the areas of Siracusa and Catania. You will need your own transportation but you will enjoy going around an area full of history, natural beauty and wonderful coastline. Our room was simple but very clean and functional. The ladies in the dining room were amazing - we had delicious breakfasts and enjoyed warm conversations. We will be back again!"

"Overall an excellent stay. Our suite (with a private pool) was modern, clean and comfortable - most critically with a soft bed (italian beds are usually so hard) and effective but quiet aircon (so you could have it on all night). At the pool there are comfy sunloungers and we always had brand new fluffy pool towels. The main pool was usually very busy - but not an issue for us as we camped out at the adults pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lunch and drinks at Lime Bar were also always to a high standard. The evening buffet, and the a-la carte restaurants were a bit hit & miss - the pizza restaurant the best of the bunch. Staff very helpful, maybe just too few of them on occassion. Note that this hotel really is off the beaten track. Brucoli village is close - but there is nothing there to see or do. Don't bother going and certainly pay for the water taxi from the hotel. Overall - thoroughly recommend."

"Absolutely loved the place. Everyone was over the top helpful & kind, ensuring that we had a great experience. The only thing that threw us was a $100. Fee per person that was explained to us as facility fees for the pool & beach. We were fine with the fee but later we were told that the pool was for children only. We were not happy about that as there were days when we would have preferred hanging at the pool rather than the beach. We dealt with the situation but it was a pretty expensive fee for beach use only. Overall we just thought the place was great & would recommend it."
