โWe stayed in the Chinook suite and it eas beautiful. Original wooden beams, and original features which really emphasised and complemented the deisign of the room. Wonderful staff and just lovely service โ

โThe service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure.โ

โA really nice overnight stay and dinner at The Swan / Bel and Dragon. The building is delightful - full of beams and historical atmosphere but very well maintained. The bar was certainly very well patronised and appears popular with locals while most of the 9 rooms appeared to be occupied, based on the numbers at breakfast. โWe had to walk up 42 steps to get to our room carrying our baggage. The place is adequate but dated and the hot water difficult to adjust safely. A window in our room was ajar and there was rot and mold around the frame which caused us to leave it that way. There is no one attending the front desk as the person who checked us in did double duty in the restaurant. The food was fine. โ
โExcellent price, beautiful location, facilities very clean and well equipped bathroom. Wouldโve been nice to have a double mattress instead of two single beds, but it worked well anyway. Excellent stay, no complaintsโ
