“the minute we arrived the host was helpful, and very nice. He even asked if we needed dinner reservations. The room was clean and pristine. the breakfast was excellent. the host was very cordial and helpful. would definitely recommend. would definitely stay again if in that area”

“Hair dryer not obviously available”

“I like that it has some character and authenticity. Its everything you need in an awesome area, yet tucked away from too much craziness and traffic.”

“Staff is really lovely, breakfast is very well done. Nice grounds but the building itself is looking like it needs some TLC on the exterior and our room (Kyoto) definitely needs updating and particularly a new mattress. Some of the other rooms looked much nicer when we were able to peek in. Overall cleanliness was good. Really nice 24-hour coffee/tea/hot water set up and spacious common rooms downstairs.”

“Perfect place for family. It is a house with several rooms. Patti is a great woman. Well maintained, clean, pretty, spacious, new, convenient, etc. We couldnt have breakfast since we had to leave at 7 in the morning. Next time we will try. 5 star hotel.”

“It was a cozy place and my family loved it. The record player was a nice touch”

“It is a old and not a inn.”
