“Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. There were bath towels despite the amenities saying they were not provided. Also, there was no broom to clean up the sand despite the entire suite being tiled. Air conditioning was good! ”
