“Total absence of security mesures in the bath. No security bar, no anti slip bath carpet. I am not really overweight. I am tall and large. I took a bath and had lots of difficulties getting out of the tub. While trying to extricate myself I slipped twice. The room was very poorly soundproofed. You could hear both neighbours talking on the phone or hear the television sound. If we were to go back there we would most certainly not book there again. On the positive side the dining room offers...

“Loved the property! Summer travel time would be best for the beaches. The only downfall was that there was an event which the appetizers were served in the lobby. This prevented us and other hotel guests from enjoying the lobby amenities. I feel this pre dinner event portion should have been in one of the conference rooms.”

“일하는 직원분이 아주 친절하시고 설명도 똘망똘망 잘해주셔서 고마웠습니다:) 조식도 정성스럽게 준비해주어서 맛있게 먹었고, 와이파이도 잘터져요! 빅토리아파크가 호텔 근처에 있어서 산책하기 좋았고, 웬만한 거리는 다 걸어다닐 수 있습니다. 이틀동안 편하게 지냈습니다:)”

“The staff was excellent as was the breakfast. The room was clean. It would be helpful to have printed instructions available for operating the shower. We were three friends in two separate rooms and love to play board games in the evenings or on a rainy day - it would be nice to have a portable card table available. Thank you for a wonderful experience! It is truly a unique venue.”
