I book through Expedia and received wrong room and when it was address the front desk manger told me third party’s buyers don’t come before first so other who walk in gets room before reservations. The hotel was very clean. Was disappointed that the pool was out of order, but the exceptional front desk customer service made up for it. Clean hallways, elevator, and room. We got a 20% off coupon for ihop and that was amazing as well!
