Friendly staff. Decent sized room. Couldn't get tv to work, didn't want to change rooms. Pool cloudy, hot tub looked like oily film on top. Breakfast on a weekend (sat) done at 10, then nothing available. People swimming in clothes. Probably great when Brown deer was great. Using due to proximity of Schroeder swim.

First day was ok. Minus the worn out blankets and towels that were literally falling apart. 2nd Day New Years eve was absolute unprofessional all around. Traveling with a cancer patient needing rest, after 3 calls to settle the 20 person party next door the front desk moved our rooms at 2AM rather than moving the problem. We booked for rest while traveling for medical appointments and were met with rude remarks instead. Absolutely no sleep night number 2. The breakfast was less than desirable and 1 person left to prep, serve and cashier made for even more frustration.

Room was just ok...Lots of updates needed..Room next to us had some sort of party which lasted until 4am the following morning. Called front desk, apparently they had other calls on this same room. He told us he'll go back up in twenty minutes to talk with them. This was at midnight, needless to say, the party wasn't over with until around 4am.

Nice professional room. Happy to have stayed there and would stay again. Great location and woderful staff everywhere. Two strange issues: First couldnt use cash in the downstairs 8900 Bistro and bar and 2nd, Heat in room automatically turned down at 10pm regardless of room settings on thermostat and didnt turn back on until 8am to start observing rood adjusted heat setting again.

Room not what we thought…Heater HVAC unit inside room did not respond to controls and super loud when finally did kick on. Portion of outlets did not operate correctly- ei; charging a phone would go in and out. Bathroom very awkwardly set up but can’t change design team layout. Closet at front entry door broken. Lighting throughout room not very well done- electrician opinion! Pool and hot tub a bit outdated! Need a deep wash and tile repair. Hot tub jets do not work. Exercise room was adequate for stay. Did not understand pet policy; “can’t leave dog unattended but have amenities that require no pet”. Traveling as a single person with a pet, this policy DOES NOT make sense!
