夕食の写真はブュッフェスタイルに見えないが

ホテルの立地は野島崎のすぐ前で、景色も散策にも申し分ありません。 この周辺には何度も宿泊していますが、朝食はブュッフェ形式がが当たり前の中、ネットでの夕食紹介写真が個別配膳のように思える写真で、それに期待し少々高くてもこの宿を予約しました。 しかし、夕食もブュッフェ形式しかなく写真内容とは異なっていました。 落ち着いた夕食を期待していたのにがっかりです。 部屋やお風呂はこの価格帯としてはでは、よいと思います。

バイキングに大満足

私たち夫婦と８８歳の母の３人でデラックスルームを利用しました。部屋に入った途端、古臭い木の臭い（発生源はクローゼット？）が鼻につきましたが、備え付けの消臭スプレーで何とかしのぐことができました。部屋の出入口部分やバスルームには段差があり、バリアフリー化の必要性を感じました。 部屋は十分過ぎるほど広く、開放感がありました。が、バスルームー共同大浴場まで行くのが難儀だとして母のみ使用ーは狭く、バスタブは脚を伸ばせないような一昔前の小さなものでした。部屋の中を歩くと床板のきしみが感じられました。このように部屋の設備面では古さを感じますが、贅沢を言わなければ及第です。 このホテルの最大の売りは夕食の海鮮バイキングでしょう。驚くほど多種多様の料理が提供されており、選ぶ楽しみ、食べる楽しみ、飲む楽しみを堪能しました。ホタテ、サザエ、アサリなどの魚介類は自席で焼く楽しみがありました。朝食の料理も夕食に勝るとも劣らぬ多様さがありました。普段は小食の母ですが、朝夕とも私たちに負けないくらい食が進みました。 野島埼灯台は目の前（徒歩３分程度）にあり、超便利なアクセスです。（余談ながら、この灯台がある場所は野島崎ですが、灯台の名前には「埼」が使われていることを初めて知りました）
