"Staff was very polite and friendly, they let us know about breakfast being included and we didn't know, breakfast was super yummy! The location was great, waking distance to everything, I loved the shower! The rooms are small but still great for what we needed. Absolutely recommend ❤️"
"We love our stay in this charming, well decorated hotel! The unique demo of a Ferrari at the bar makes it so cool! The staff is super nice and helpful! The restaurant L’Amoure is outstanding! We really recommend this hotel!"
"We loved this hotel so much, we booked another night! The breakfast was delicious! It was so nice that a full sized gym and spa were located within the building. It was well maintained. The views from the balcony was what kept us there another night. "
"I booked well in advance and was able to get a twin room with balcony for single use at a very good price. The view from the balcony was NOT picturesque, however it faced a side street it was very quiet. I understand that rooms without balconies face the main road and traffic noise can be a concern. There was no balcony furniture, so I couldn’t really sit out there unless I pulled the sizeable desk chair out. The room was a good size and didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. The bathroom was old worldy, not modern, but came complete with bidet. There was no conditioner in the shower, but I have found that to be the case in many hotels. Ladies, bring your conditioner to Portugal. My hair looks like straw! There was a mini fridge in the room, a kettle, and a couple of sachets of instant coffee and two teabags supplied. There wasn't a bottle of water supplied in the room. but there is a mini market a couple of blocks away. The hotel has restaurant and offered a set evening meal for €17.50 (April 2026), though I did not have it. But I did have the breakfast buffet, which came included in my room rate. The buffet foods were plentiful, complete with all sorts of breads and rolls, jams, pastries including pastel Nata, a coffee machine which you could program to your specification, a juice machine, cereals, and a lovely assortment of cut fruits, including melon, watermelon, oranges, and whole apples and bananas. All in all a very nice hotel and my experience was very positive."
"Nice stay in a lovely hotel with parking, but do not pay for the breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but due to low occupancy it was changed to a la carte. We were given a paper to fill out and return to the front desk with our breakfast choices. The breakfast was terrible! The toast were hard and cold, the bacon was not even warm and the "sausage" were mini weiners out of a can. Save the money and go to a local coffee shop for breakfast if you have the choice."
"I had made the booking for two rooms for a business trip, unfortunately plans changed due to a family bereavement, the app would not allow me to change the booking dates, I contacted the Hotels.Com contact centre and explained the situation, they attempted to call the property as the revised dates I required were available. The hotel front desk did not answer and the contact centre advised they will ensure the date will be changed for both rooms, I received an email confirming the change was made after they made contact with the hotel front desk two days later. I then kept receiving emails asking how my check in was on the original dates which I asked to be changed, worried I called the contact centre again, they reconfirmed the dates were amended for both rooms. Upon arriving to the property, the hotel advised they only made a change to one of the booking dates and classified the second booking as a "No Show" for the original dates.
I had to waste another hour explaining the situation, providing email confirmations and evidence. This was not acceptable as it took one hour to attempt checking in with both rooms which were already prepaid. I was advised by the duty manager to take the matter up with Hotels.Com - very poor experience..."
