FAVORITE extended stay hotel in the whole twin city’s HANDS DOWN!! Very clean, higher class rooms, guests and staff! Very happy to call here my HOME! :)

This hotel was ok for the price. Its in a good location that is safe and quiet. However my bath tub didnt have the lever to make it a shower, it appeared as though it had been cut off or something. Staff took note of it but seemed too busy to actually fix anything. The on the go breakfast lacked options so i was glad i brought my own food.

Things that did not work, half the lamps and the tv. The carpet was disgusting, I’d only wear my flip flops in the room. The bath tub leaked all night. I had to request the front desk guy around 11pm to ask guests who were parting on the front porch to leave they were so loud. I had to be up at 5am and couldn’t fall asleep until midnight. I’ve stayed in many ESAS across the country and never had an experience like this. Front desk guy was great, only good thing about my stay. I’d actually like my money back. Don’t stay here!

Great check in - very helpful/friendly staff. Just the opposite when I checked out - different person who would barely talk, wouldn't smile, wasn't friendly. Room smell was overwhelming with dissinfectant. Got use to that - still some dirt on the floor - don't go barefoot there!. Breakfast is a joke - go somewhere else. Room was loud with highway noise. Overall stay was tolerable, but I won't go back.

Property was conveniently located for our needs, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. ( Especially Kevin on the afternoon shift) The room was spacious and the king sized bed was very comfortable. However, there were multiple things in the room in need of repair. The kitchen faucet constantly dripped, the sink was stained and kind of gross, and the countertop was bubbling up...needing to be replaced. The picture online shows a coffee pot in the room....but there wasn't one. ( Thank you Kevin for finding that for us) Also the shower head needs replacing. And there was a hole in the wall where someone before us had opened the bathroom door and smashed the wall with the handle. We were in the area to visit family, so really didn't spend much time in the room. As long as the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, that was what mattered most for us. (And, of course the coffee pot) We will research other options before booking here again

Check in was easy. When I got upstairs, the hall looked like a homeless encampment... Several rooms had stuff stacked outside of them: a framed pictures, a toaster, a laundry basket, clean dishes piles in front of one room (why?) cans of soup and beans, dirty pillows. This would never pass a fire inspection. I gave the property a pass/middle range review because the front desk attendant was awesome (I think his name was Abdul. The room itself was spotless/clean. The free breakfast was minimal but good. I have mixed feelings about whether I would stay there again, but only because the mess in the hallway was sketchy and odd.

Disappointed.

1st of all we did not check in until 7 p.m. and they informed us that the room we had booked (studio queen) was not available. They said they had a king but that would cost more money. We were caught between a rock and a hard place so I told them fine, we would take the king. They rang up the king room for $76. I had paid Hotels.com $99 for a queen. I said, What happens to the money that I paid to Hotels.com and he said...Well then it will be %5.17 extra from that. Needless to say...that did not impress me that I paid $23 EXTRA to book through you. The carpets were grimy and stained and I ended up putting my shoes back on in the room. Check out was at 11 a.m. and at 10:30 they came knocking at the door to make sure that we were leaving soon. The room was clean as far as the sheets and bathroom.
