Jon, our shuttle driver was amazing. He called and sent us a text message that he arrived and was waiting to pick us up. One less thing we had to worry about. Our hotel stay was great. Very nice hotel with comfortable beds. Great staff.

Best Western Bloomington Edina - Minneapolis
Front desk staff was unfriendly. Towels were out in the pool. The television did not work. The room was in great condition, tea and coffee were appreciated, and breakfast was good.
