โFrom the minute we arrived it was a 5 star experience. The valet immediately sprang into action and gave us all the info we needed. 1) significantly cheaper than other downtown hotels of similar quality and reviews. Parking is $20/ night, and $60/ night at other downtown hotels.
2) we were kindly allowed a late checkout on more than one room
3) clean rooms with comfortable beds! Excellent blackout shades (allowed kids to sleep an additional hour in the morning)
4) up-to-date mini-fridges in rooms
5) small-ish but nice pool and nice hot...
