Muito bom! voltaremos em breve!
Local muito aconchegante, paisagens lindas, e perfeito para descansar, no meio da natureza. Decoração de muito bom gosto e no geral, bom atendimento. Ambiente bem limpo e agradável.
Pontos a melhorar: uma melhor logística na cozinha. Os pratos demoraram a chegar, especialmente no jantar, e, apesar bem elaborados, não estava muito bom.

Relaxamento, isolamento e simpatia
O contato com a natureza, a beleza do lugar e a vontade da equipe em agradar são os pontos altos da pousada. Há refinamentos a serem feitos no restaurante e melhorias na infraestrutura do quarto. Serviço um pouco lento em alguns momentos, mas que foi perdoado pela simpatia dos funcionários.

Não é um hotel de luxo
Primeiro quero elogiar alguns pontos:
- os funcionários, todos atenciosos, agradáveis e ótimo serviço.
- o local, que é lindo, grande e tem muito potencial.
- o restaurante e bar, com café da manhã e todas as outras refeições sempre deliciosas, no ponto certo em tudo.
- a recepção de todos, os mimos das tarde e da noite, vários desses detalhes que nos fazem sentir especial.
- limpeza.
Os pontos abaixo acredito que vão auxiliar, assim como me pediu:
- Poucos caiaques e standup, se dois casais decidem utilizar, já deixa todo o restante esperando, e não é algo que queremos fazer com pressa.
- O salão de jogos com pouca possibilidade, e má manutenção.
- Pegamos um dia inteiro de chuva e não tinha nada para fazer, e acabou a energia e o gerador também não funcionou; isso não é algo que pode acontecer.
- Nosso quarto, 07, tinha algumas goteiras.
- O hotel é em meio a natureza e o tempo todo vocês nos lembram de curtir e valorizar a natureza. Sendo assim, há duas coisas que não condizem com esse lema: restaurante sem opção alguma vegetariana e tapete de pele animal (não sei se era verdadeiro, mesmo que não seja, a referência é bem desagradável).
- Percebemos que são poucos funcionários, e muitas vezes trabalham o dia todo e em dias seguidos, e faziam várias funções, isso fez com que em 2 dias ficássemos sem papel higiênico e e limpeza, pois estavam limpando outros quartos que desocuparam e logo receberiam outros hóspedes.
Mesmo assim gostei e tem muito potencial
