“This property was amazing. The pool is perched on the side of a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Sunsets from the living room and pool deck are just spectacular. You can hear the waves from the primary suite all night long. Guest bedrooms were large and had nice attached bathrooms, but don't have much of a view. The air conditioning throughout the property worked extremely well. The main level living area had large pocket doors that could completely open the room up to the pool deck,...

“Beautiful and peaceful property perfect for our first visit to Sayulita. Included breakfast every morning, the best breakfasts I've had in the last few years of travel in US and Asia. The friendly property manager provided top notch service everyday so we could truly enjoy our mini-vacation. I plan to return and I am recommending Casa de la Ballena to friends and family. ”

“We were very disappointed in the kitchen and tools provided. Also the pool was very cold. The patio furniture was dirty as well as the patio tile. During our stay the only patio table was being painted and that took 3 days at which time we couldn’t use the patio. We stayed for 9 days and were only offered fresh linens and towels on the 7th day. Also no hot water in the kitchen so made it difficult to clean up after coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend this property for an extended stay”
