The thing that bothered me was that most of the floorboards of the hardwood floor were loose. This meant every step was very loud. ...

We had problems getting the staff to clean our rooms or restock our fresh water or do our laundry. There are no employees that stay on site. They are brought in by van daily and don’t stay long. All communication is via a chat bot
