Uma escolha segura

Considero o hotel como ideal para umas férias de descanso ou até mesmo como ponto de descanso para conhecer outros destinos próximos. A hospitalidade é disponibilidade são dos maiores argumentos a favor desta unidade hoteleira. A nível do restaurante seria mais benéfico uma maior possibilidade de escolha no menu, mas ainda assim com uma nota positiva.

Hotel inserido num parque e zona de ecoturismo lindíssima com muitos locais naturais muito bem conservados e que valem a pena ser visitados. Bons conselhos de gestão de tempo no checkin. Em época de pós Covid temos de marcar hora do pequeno-almoço mas mantém assim a vasta oferta quer em quantidade quer sobretudo em qualidade, sendo possível comer na esplanada. Recomendo

Staff incrível.Temos carro eléctrico e a box que têm não deu para carregar o nosso carro. Arranjaram forma de podermos carregar à mesma!! 😊 Fantástico. Quanto ao hotel está inserido no Parque Biológico e a vista é fenomenal é perfeito para descansar.

hotel excelente para ir em familia

Foi uma estadia muito agradável em família, porque este hotel é excelente para ir com crianças. Proporciona bastantes actividades...no interior o seu kidsclub e piscina interior e no exterior o parque biológico com uma grande variedade de animais foi o ponto alto desta estadia. A sua localização é excelente, bastante perto de varias aldeias de xisto. Os quartos sao novos e bastante amplos e os funcionários sao extremamente simpáticos. O pequeno almoco é bastante recheado. é um hotel que sem duvida vamos repetir!

Muito bom

Hotel com bastantes equipamentos desportivos, staff muito atencioso e prestável, com divertimentos para crianças. O menos positivo será o restaurante ficar a uns 200 m do edifício principal do hotel. No inverno torna a estadia menos confortável.

The welcome desk and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. But the room can be kept cleaner. Good value for money for an overnight stop. The area around the hotel is a park. Quite isolated but a nice change from the city air.

Descanso na natureza que pode facilmente melhorar

O Hotel está muito bem enquadrado na natureza e é excelente para quem quer passar uns dias de descanso. A envolvência é a ideal para passeios de kayak, bicicleta, a pé...tem também um parque para crianças e zonas para prática de desporto (futebol, basquete...). É uma pena que a piscina interior seja minúscula sem quaisqueres condições para circular, pousar toalhas ou sequer descansar. O mesmo se aplica ao jacuzzi. Não existe um verdadeiro circuito spa - que se resume a massagens. Havendo lotação superior a 40% e tratando-se de um hotel que se dirige a famílias com crianças pequenas não devem contar com sossego nestas áreas. O staff é prestável mas nem sempre consegue dar conta das solicitações em momentos de maior agitação (check in/check out/pequeno almoço). Falta um serviço de bar mais completo. O preço das refeições no restaurante que fica a 5 mn a pé são elevados - no mínimo 30 euros/casal. Uma solução alternativa são o João Padeiro ou a Estação dos sabores que têm comida caseira de qualidade idêntica à do Museu mas com preços bem mais acessíveis. É uma pena que o hotel não tenha uma divulgação maior dos pacotes promocionais nem haja, nas páginas de reserva, referência a valores para quartos comunicantes.

Tem tudo.

Hotel recente em excelente estado de conservação. No check in recebemos diversa informação importantes sobre a zona onde se insere o hotel. Bom pequeno almoço. Existem muitas atividades para se fazer junto ao hotel. Apenas uma crítica a piscina interior que é pequena e tem muito pouco espaço a sua volta.
