"Our room was fastidiously clean and kept tidy. Staff was amazing and made sure all our needs were met, and went out of their way to make us welcome. The bed and pillows were comfortable. "The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat. Don’t speak a word of English for those that don’t speak Spanish. Avoid this like the plague."
