"Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. We are never returning. The rooms are dirty, gross, tv doesn’t work (even though switched out twice.) Paper-thin walls and people were LOUD. It’s a very run down hotel that needs A LOT of updates. We stayed for 10 days in February 2026. "

"For the pricing the place was fantastic. Staff was attentive and friendly, the hot tubs and pool were active and the place was well kept. The beds aren’t super comfortable, and the bedding is thin, but definitely a minor complaint for the pleasant stay I had. "

"The first room I was given was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like smoke and the walls had a film of nicotine as if someone had been smoking in there for years even though the establishment was “smoke free”. I told the front desk and he showed me other empty rooms and allowed me to choose. Customer service was great thought. New room still had dingy sheets with cigarette burns in it. Homeless people stay around the hotel as well. "
