“I am writing this to express my disappointment with regards to the handling of our recent reservation at the Hampton Inn, Thunder Bay. Our reservation was at the rate of $238 / night. We have arrived very late at the hotel, due to circumstances beyond our control. Once there, we were shocked to learn that the receptionist had canceled our reservation. To re-instate it, the receptionist offered a more than double rate. Given the late hour of the night, having been on the road for over 15 hours,...

“Breakfast wasn't the best. Eggs were a bit solid and toaster took a long time. The wooden utensils were awful. Coffee was good however.”
