"No Valet Service, long walks between hotel access and parking lot elevators. Vending machines, ice machines not working on 5th floor. No maid service. Coffee machine, clock radio and 2 electrical outlets not working. No Buffet. Nice room. Noisy guests in hall all hours."

"As a first-time guest at the White House Hotel, I found the property itself to be very nice. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a pleasant place to stay. The location and overall appearance of the hotel definitely make a good first impression. However, my experience at check-in could have been better. The desk clerk was polite but not very welcoming or informative. As a first-time guest, I expected a brief overview of the hotel’s amenities, such as the restaurant, bar hours, or other features available to guests. Unfortunately, none of this information was offered during the check-in process. Overall, the hotel itself is a great place to stay, but providing a more informative and welcoming check-in experience would really help enhance the overall guest experience, especially for first-time visitors."

"Excellent hotel and casino. We love the atmosphere and the no smoking. Great location and friendly staff. Very clean and spacious rooms. We will be back and highly recommended this hotel."

"Rooms were well stocked. Place is always nice and clean. Only issues that i would see would be amount of checkin staff. With this being a heavy visit during the middle of the week due to baseball games, i would have had just a few more staff available to help with checkin. "
