“The staff was great, however, our room wasn’t. Primarily the bed. It wasn’t clean. Underneath the sheets, The mattress cover had someone’s used toothpick, body fluids, and trash. Just sickening for me. Also, the smoke from the casino was just overwhelming.”

“The property is nice although crowded and check in was very slow. We were not there to gamble but to use the lazy river and pool area. My son (20 y/o) is non ambulatory and there is a bridge to get to the hot tub. At one time there was a lift but it is broken as is the pool chair to the lazy river. If my daughter and I had not been able to physically lift him in and out of the lazy river and to carry him to the hot tub he would not have been able to use these amenities, which was the some...

“Clean room. Unfortunately, situated directly over a lot of noise created by the A/C units. Staff said rooms are assigned in order at check in. Wondering why friends checked in after we did and received a room like ours on the other side of the building where it was quiet. Staff offered another room but admitted it was also situated by the A/C units. We won’t stay again.”
