Motel 6 Missoula, MT
Everything was good. However, there was no shampoo in the room. Not sure that it was offered. The room had 1 chair, would be nice to have 2 chairs. The room suited our needs just fine.

Comfort Inn Missoula near University
This hotel is right by the University and walkable to the campus (where parking is extremely limited). The staff was very friendly and check in was fast and efficient. Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Missoula Airport
Nicely updated, and well appointed also very clean really great staff all in all a very nice stay! One thing to note is there is not really anything nearby within walking distance as far as stores and restaurants go. But of course, very convenient to the airport.
