水戸駅南口、改札口と同じ階から広場を通って行けます。すき家やコンビニも同じビル内で食事も安く済ませました。 ツインのお部屋も広く快適でした。

禁煙ルームの件

禁煙ルームでしたが、タバコの臭いがしたため別のお部屋に変更頂きました。迅速に対応頂いたものの、変更後の禁煙ルームも程度の違いはあれど、やはり若干のタバコ臭がありました。揉めて旅行自体を不愉快な旅行にしたくなかったので、再度のルームチェンジはお願いせずにそのまま宿泊しました。推測ですが、通常の清掃ではニオイを落とすことが難しい状況にないでしょうか。僭越ながら禁煙ルームでの喫煙を厳粛に管理されるか、禁煙ルームを廃すかのどちらかにしていただくのが、非喫煙者が予約するにあたり親切だと感じました。 全般的に丁寧にしていただいただけに、この点が大変残念でした。
