Services of front desk staff are excellent and commendable. They are not only courteous, responsive but also very helpful. For some reasons, we need a room closer to the lift and the staff kindly arranged the room for me. As it was too early for check in, I left my luggage there and surprisingly the staff already helped me placing the luggage in room for our check in and it was only 1pm. As we departed the hotel, we asked for their help to call a taxi. The lady at front desk guided us (and carrying our luggage) to the street to call a taxi. It was patchy rain at that time. Overall, the GATE hotel excels from the room and amenities to services. We will stay at this hotel again in our next visit.

The Hotel is unattended, anyhow the hotel manager is always available for any help using the Check-in/out terminal at the entrance. The room was great, comfortable, the facilities, especially those in the kitchen, are excellent and the hygiene and cleanliness are perfect. I strongly suggest this hotel for a good stay.

I stayed here for a work trip due to its proximity to Hakata Station, which proved extremely convenient. While it took me a bit to find the hotel initially, it's right across the street from the station. The area has plenty of convenience stores nearby, and Hakata Station offers excellent shopping ...
