Friendly staff at the front desk. We were able to have our room by the time we got there and we didn’t have to wait till 3:00 pm which was super convenient. It’s close to everything. We loved the free parking as well.
We did not get a chance to eat at the hotel or use the hotel pool / gym facilities and maybe we should try next time. I am sure the cleaning crew was trying to do their best however I noticed there was dust on the tables and tv console. Make sure they wipe down the table and counters when they clean the room.

Watch out if there’s rain because many areas were leaking and flooded. It was tricky to find where to go for rideshares because that area was blocked off and inaccessible so we kept having to walk to nearby hotels to get a taxi or Uber.

El hotel no estaba terminado, había áreas en obra y que no funcionaban. El servicio del Nar fue muy mal y el restaurante cierra muy temprano, nos quedamos sin cenar. No volvería jamás a ese hotel!!

We only stayed for one night so didn’t get the chance to explore too much. Property was amazing and the staff service was fabulous. It would have been good to have some basic kid food options on the menu in their restaurant.
